Canada, oh Canada

England-inspired architecture, everywhere!

Window shopping in downtown Victoria British Columbia

My favorite thing I found there: The "baby lion" jacket

Final port of our Alaskan adventure before returning to Seattle was Cananda. Victoria, Canada. We docked a bit late, but by 8pm we were on the cobbled stoned street in their quaint downtown. Everyone was taken with Victoria- twinkling lights, clean streets, and the most adorable candy and boutiques! The general architecture of Victoria is very much inspired by Britain, and I wish the photography did it justice. A beautiful little city, hoping for a road trip next time we're in Washington.

Happy Memorial Day to all of our brave soldiers and veterans, especially you Dad!

  2. Looks like a fun trip! And thank you for the reminder - it really isn't that far from Seattle, I should visit more often!
