flaunting bikinis

I've made it my personal fitness goal to be in my swimsuit 50% of the time during our upcoming Vegas vacation. Signing up for a reformers pilates class has been on my to-do list and when I found out DailyCandy was promoting a sale at a Beverly Hills location, I relished the thought of taking a break from my usual Insanity and bought 2 weeks of Unlimited Pilates. We leave in June for 3 days with our annual Vegas posse and since my girlfriend has one of the most amazing surfer bodies out there (and the girl lives in San Francisco... NOT home to surfing season but still looks like Gisele), she's great motivation for getting into shape. It's my goal to be in the best shape of my life (I've said this at least once a month over the past 2 years) and then KEEP it. After seeing CJ transform, I repeat, TRANSFORM, his body from "more to cuddle with" to this:

I'm now convinced that body transformation is completely and 100% possible. Another health endeavor I can't wait to try is the new juice shop that opened down the street, Liquid Juice!

We went out with fireworks last night and dined on Keebler's Coconut Dreams (which are the most amazing replica of a Girl Scout cookie ever created) and the little elf shaped butter cookies sandwiched together with sweet chocolate. I refrained from buying white wine, figuring that since I had already gone a whole day without it, adding it to our body-bombing dinner would only make it harder to say no to the next day.

Decent start to my healthier lifestyle. I'm gonna give myself a pat on the back, give the bf a 2nd dose of Nyquil, and watch another round of mindless media entertainment. Tomorrow will include actual physical exercise in the form of yoga as well as exercising my fingers as I book my pilates appointments for the next 2 weeks.

goodnight readers!

do have 2 questions for you if you don’t mind.

Could it be simply me or do a few of these remarks look like they are coming from brain dead individuals?
And, if you are posting at additional places, I’d like to keep up with you.

Would you list the complete urls of your community sites
