Weekend 1 of 2 has come and gone and I'm pretty sure that the weekend coming up may even top this one, not just in the line up but in the weather. It's kind of hard to jam out when you're cold, wet, and the desperately wishing you had only brought that jacket that you were told you wouldn't need in the middle of the desert. The last 3 day music festival I went to was 2 years ago in Jersey. The rain was thankfully warm but caused the recently planted (and fertilized) grass in the park to transform into a soppy, stinking, gigantic toilet bowl.
So I wore a bathing suit and went barefoot. The people of Woodstock would have been proud.
